Records Maintenance & Storage conducts free information sessions for prospective and existing clients three to four times per annum. Topics are determined by areas of skill or knowledge requirements for specific or a broad range of industries. These sessions highlight impending changes to work practice or legislation that may impact on the ability of your organization to meet records management requirements.

We can also arrange or deliver records management training for your staff on site or at our own training / meeting room.

Meeting Room Hire

A large fully equipped and professionally managed room at your service……
Catering can be arranged too – morning and afternoon teas, buffet lunch or evening smorgasbord to a full food and beverage service.

The upstairs / mezzanine floor area at RMS is 104 m2 and has been specially designed and outfitted to cater for up to 24 in a board room style layout or a similar number for 5 groups of 5 at individual work tables.
Restored oak furniture and ever so comfortable meeting chairs, serving and relaxation areas, character prints, plants and colourful couches make up the atmosphere.

An overhead screen, projector equipment, laptop, whiteboard, flipchart, stationery and phone, fax and Email access are all available.
We even have some exercise gear on hand (and the space for up to 10 people) if your need stretches to that extent. Who knows, a wind down may be just what your group needs after some heavy duty discussion. You can have a refreshing shower afterwards and get straight back to work!
The room ( and other services ) can be booked for day time, evening and weekend hire.

Plenty of off-street parking is available on-site within the secure yard.
Regular, scheduled bookings and occasional welcome.
